Strange 80s 2 will be the second annual benefit concert set to take place on Friday, October 12th in Los Angeles. In addition to the concert, Strange 80s 2 will feature a video arcade, live auction, and a rooftop after-party. In collaboration with “Stranger Things” star, Finn Wolfhard, Strange 80s 2 will have performances by members of No Doubt, Fall Out Boy, Slipknot, Sum 41, Limp Bizkit, Bowling For Soup, NSYNC, Velvet Revolver, OK Go, Sugarcult, Filter, Steel Panther, and The Regrettes, with even more performers to be announced soon. All proceeds will go to 320 Changes Direction, a coalition founded by Talinda Bentley. She began the organization after her husband, Chester Bennington’s, death. Her mission is not to just create another mental health alliance- it is to connect those in need to helpful organizations and to create a culture that is comfortable discussing mental health. Strange 80s 2 is presented by Charity Bomb, a non-profit that produces benefit shows for various charitable organizations, typically in support of mental health issues that affect the music community.
